Our remote control shock collars are designed to create better communication between you and your dog; not to punish the dog. please be kind to animals.
The design of the collar is not recommended for long-term wear. We recommend not wearing the dog collar for more than 8 hours every 24 hours; only wearing the collar during training...remove it after training.
If the hair on the dog's neck is too long; it may prevent the receiver from making adequate contact with the skin; you must shave a portion of it so it can reach the skin and the shock does not pass through the thick hair (not accepted in this case for free return the goods).
Please do not use this training collar on aggressive dogs; this product supports up to 3 dogs at the same time.
We will provide you with detailed product instruction manuals; so that you can achieve the best working results in the shortest time.
